Our office is committed to our patient’s treatment being a success.  Therefore our goal is to help patients afford dental treatment that fits into their budget.  We believe that finances should not be a barrier between you and that beautiful healthy smile you always wanted.  That’s why we offer you several flexible payment options.

 

INSURANCE

Our entire staff is pleased that you have insurance benefits to help you and your family with the cost of your dental care.

 

 We are happy to bill both primary and secondary insurance as a courtesy for our patients. In order for us to do this, you must provide us with accurate and up-to-date information.  With this information, we will estimate the insurance portion and your co-payment. This may or may not be what the insurance company will actually pay.  Your plan may base its dollar allowance on a usual and customary fee schedule which may not coincide with current fees in our area.  We will do our best to help you receive maximum benefits.

 

 It is important to remember that your insurance coverage is a contract between you, your employer and your insurance company.  Benefits and coverage vary significantly from plan to plan.  Please keep in mind that insurance is not designed to provide 100% benefit, but rather is meant to assist you with the cost of dental care.   We do our best to estimate insurance coverage and patients copays. However our patients are responsible for what insurance does not cover.

 

PATIENT PAYMENT

 The patient portion due for services rendered is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

 

FINANCING  

Our office does offer several financial options (including monthly payment plans) to our patients, which makes dental care very affordable.

 

For your convenience we do accept Cash, Checks and Major Credit Cards.
